## Description

**Location:** Bellevue, Geneva  
**Start date:** ASAP  
**Schedule:** 5 days per week, 7 hours per day  
**Additional availability:** Up to 2 Saturdays upon request and by mutual agreement  
**Accommodation:** Live-out  
**Child:** 2 years old  
**Languages:** French and basic English

A family based in **Geneva** is looking for a caring, reliable and experienced **Nanny** to take care of their 2 years-old child.

The family is looking for someone warm, attentive and responsible, who can provide high-quality care while respecting the routines and instructions established by the parents.

### Main responsibilities

-   Providing daily care for the child, including changing, bathing and dressing
-   Preparing and giving bottles and meals according to the parents' instructions
-   Preparing lunch for the child
-   Following the child's established sleep and daily routines
-   Helping the child settle and sleep when needed
-   Monitoring the child's general wellbeing and informing the parents of any changes
-   Ensuring the child's safety and supervision at all times
-   Supporting the child's development through age-appropriate activities, sensory play, songs and games
-   Taking the child outside for walks and activities when requested by the parents
-   Keeping the child's bedroom, dining area and changing area clean and organised
-   Cleaning and sterilising bottles and other baby-related accessories
-   Washing and folding the child's clothes and linen
-   Keeping the parents regularly informed about the child's day and any relevant observations
-   Following the parents' instructions and maintaining consistency with the family's routines and preferences

The family is looking for someone who is:

-   Warm, caring and genuinely enjoys working with young children
-   Reliable, responsible and attentive
-   Experienced with toddlers and young children
-   Comfortable following established routines and parental instructions
-   Patient and gentle in their approach
-   Organised and proactive
-   Able to communicate in **French**, with basic English sufficient for the role

### Requirements

-   Previous professional childcare experience
-   Can provide 2 references that can be checked
-   Good level of French, basic English
-   This is a **live-out position**
