**Your Role:**

-   Deliver customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed professionally and efficiently.
-   Utilize multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers.
-   Learn and operate our internal systems to provide accurate and timely support.
-   Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues promptly.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is essential.
-   Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
-   Ability to adapt and learn new technologies suited for remote work.
-   Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
-   Willingness and ability to live and work in Greece.
-   No prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
