## Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring for a customer service back-office role within the telecommunications sector. This position focuses on the administrative side of customer support, helping ensure that orders, complaints, and service issues are handled accurately, professionally, and within agreed timelines. In this role, you will support the customer experience behind the scenes by resolving issues thoroughly and keeping records accurate and up to date. You will play an important part in helping customers receive timely, well-managed resolutions while contributing to a service operation that values precision, accountability, and professional communication.

### Responsibilities

-   Handle administrative back-office tasks accurately and within service deadlines.
-   Review and resolve written customer complaints with clear, professional communication.
-   Make outbound calls to clarify order details and ensure first-time resolution.
-   Maintain accurate case records while following quality and compliance standards.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch.
-   Strong written English for customer and internal communication.
-   Eligibility to work in Bulgaria.
-   Being based in Bulgaria is a plus.
