Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Manager - Data Analytics - Development Financial Analysis. In this vital role, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance our financial analysis processes and deliver exceptional support for our development projects. Your expertise in data analytics will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies and decision-making processes in alignment with our vision for the future of entertainment in Saudi Arabia.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead portfolio performance analysis, monitoring key financial metrics including IRR, ROE, profitability, cash flow, and project performance.
-   Own, maintain, and update business plans, financial models, and forecasts across multiple development projects.
-   Conduct variance analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity testing to support strategic decision-making.
-   Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
-   Present business plans, financial analyses, and investment recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.
-   Identify value creation opportunities and provide financial insights to support strategic planning and annual budgeting.
-   Establish reporting standards, improve reporting processes, drive automation initiatives, and ensure data quality across the portfolio.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting and actionable business insights.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
-   Master's degree or a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred.
-   9–12 years of experience in development finance, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and portfolio reporting.
-   Strong experience in managing business plans, forecasting, and financial performance analysis for large-scale development projects.
-   Expert-level financial modelling skills in Excel, including DCF modelling, waterfall models, and sensitivity analysis.
-   Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint for executive reporting and data visualization.
-   Excellent analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
