Our team is made up of conceptual thinkers, creative dreamers and inquisitive makers who bring these moments to life.

We are seeking a Freelance Senior Artworker to help support us on this mission.

### The Role:

As a Freelance Creative Artworker, you'll work from our London studio alongside our Creative, Technical and Production team to help deliver high-quality artwork across a variety of live projects.

Our work spans retail environments, brand activations, experiential installations, exhibitions, window displays and large-scale branded spaces, so you'll be comfortable producing artwork across both 2D and 3D applications while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

This is a flexible freelance opportunity, with work available as project demands require.

### Responsibilities:

- Produce high-quality artwork for print across small and large format applications
- Develop print-ready artwork, cutter guides and production specification packs
- Adapt creative concepts into production-ready files
- Ensure artwork is technically accurate and production-ready
- Manage artwork revisions and version control
- Create detailed install guides
- Deliver work accurately and to tight deadlines

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- 5+ years experience working as an Artworker, with a focus on print production across small and large formats, 2D and 3D applications
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
- Experience preparing artwork for large format print and environmental graphics
- Understanding of print production processes and materials
- Experience working across 2D and 3D applications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Are able to interpret creative concepts and translate them into production-ready artwork
- Are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Remain calm under pressure and able to meet demanding deadlines

## Benefits

### Engagement terms

- Standard studio hours are 9am–6pm; flexibility on hours and days is available around agreed project deadlines and delivery dates. This role is primarily based in our East London studio, so we're looking for freelancers who are happy to work on site.
- You will supply your own equipment and software licences, except where studio-specific systems, colour-managed hardware or client asset libraries require use of studio machines
- Please let us know your availability and day rate upon application
