## Description

**ABOUT US**

P3 is a long-term investor, manager and developer of European warehouse properties with more than 10.2 million m² of assets under management and land bank of 1.7 million m² of future gross lettable area for further development.

P3 has commercial activities in 11 countries and has been investing and developing in European markets for over two decades. And because we care about our customers and communities where we operate, we develop environmentally friendly, sustainable warehouses to the highest international standards.

Headquartered in Prague, P3 employs more than 290 people with 25+ nationalities across 11 offices in key European cities, offering integrated development, asset and property management services. P3 has an investment grade BBB credit rating by Standard & Poor’s.

Attracting the right talents is key for our future. We are looking for ambitious and passionate experts who can help us make P3 THE leading logistics warehouse provider in Europe.

**OUR CULTURE**

Our company values - Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, Ambition - are embedded deeply within the organisation, and guide our steps every single day. P3’s size and stability enable us to take a global view and yet at the same time we are just the right size to maintain our agile and flexible approach on local real estate markets.

Together, we create an environment that encourages personal growth because we know we are successful mainly thanks to the people who make P3. We recognise and reward outstanding performance and motivate people to contribute to our mutual goals and turn their good ideas into great outcomes. We encourage people to have ownership, make decisions and accept responsibility for them.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for a curious, people-oriented colleague who will help P3 employees get the most out of SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 tools. Your main mission is to educate, guide, and inspire — making sure people across 11 countries understand how to work with these tools effectively, discover better ways of collaborating, and adopt good practices on their own.

This is not a reactive helpdesk or admin role. You will proactively explore how the M365 ecosystem can serve P3 better, create learning content, run workshops, and continuously look for practical improvements. You will also handle day-to-day platform governance and coordinate with the Product Owner and Head of Applications on priorities and vendor management.

**SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU**

**Enable and Educate (primary focus)**

- Design and deliver training sessions, guides, tips, and short-form content that help users across P3 work smarter with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.

- Maintain and grow learning content in the Learning Management System.

- Proactively reach out to teams and countries to understand their pain points and propose solutions — don’t wait for tickets.

- Champion best practices for document management, collaboration, and information sharing.

- Monitor how people actually use the tools, spot adoption gaps, and act on them.

**Explore and Improve**

- Continuously look for ways the M365 ecosystem can better serve P3’s needs.

- Propose practical process improvements and new ways of working.

- Stay on top of M365 updates and translate them into actionable guidance for users.

- Collaborate with the Product Owner on product requirements and roadmap priorities.

**Govern and Maintain**

- Ensure site structures, permissions, metadata, and term stores stay clean and consistent.

- Run periodic access reviews, oversharing checks, and storage monitoring.

- Manage the user request queue and resolve operational issues.

- Support budget planning by preparing inputs for the Head of Applications.

- Coordinate with external vendors on operational topics.

**This Role Is NOT**

- A technical M365 administrator who configures backends and manages infrastructure.

- A helpdesk analyst who waits for tickets and resolves them one by one.

- A PowerShell/scripting specialist.

If you are excited about teaching people, simplifying complexity, and making collaboration better — and happen to know SharePoint well — this is the right fit.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE**

**Must Have**

- Strong communication skills — you can explain complex tools simply and enjoy doing it.

- Proactive, self-driven mindset — you look for problems before they become tickets.

- Experience creating training materials, guides, or user-facing documentation.

- Curiosity about how people work and genuine interest in improving their experience.

- Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, and Outlook (user/power-user level).

- Structured thinking and ability to manage your own priorities independently.

- English (working proficiency).

**Nice to Have**

- Experience with Learning Management Systems.

- Understanding of document governance, permissions, and metadata concepts.

- Basic familiarity with Power Automate or other low-code tools.

- Background in change management, internal communications, or user adoption programs.
