## Description

ERS ELITE is partnering with a high-volume, professionally managed **union automotive dealership** in Staten Island, NY to hire skilled **B-Level Automotive Technicians**. This role is ideal for technicians who are strong in mechanical repair and diagnostics and are continuing to grow toward A-Level capability.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, and engine components
-   Assist with diagnostic work on drivability and electrical concerns
-   Accurately document repairs and inspections in digital repair orders
-   Follow OEM and dealership repair procedures
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
-   Participate in training to continue technical development

## Requirements

-   B-Level automotive technician skill set
-   **3–5 years** of professional automotive repair experience
-   Solid mechanical repair background with growing diagnostic capability
-   ASE and/or OEM certifications preferred (3 ASE or 1 OEM)
-   Strong work ethic and reliability
