## Description

### About the Role

We are seeking a Turbomachinery Control Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of turbomachinery control and digitalization solutions across a variety of industrial projects.

The successful candidate will be involved in the engineering, implementation, testing, and commissioning of control systems while supporting reliability and asset performance initiatives for rotating equipment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Engineer and implement turbomachinery control solutions, including control logic development, HMI/SCADA configuration, and design documentation.
-   Support project execution from design and engineering through commissioning and startup.
-   Analyze customer specifications and develop suitable implementation strategies for turbomachinery control systems and digital solutions.
-   Collaborate with clients, project teams, and other engineering disciplines to deliver successful projects.
-   Contribute to technical proposals, gap analyses, engineering studies, and project documentation.
-   Collect and analyze operational data from plant systems such as Historians, MMS, SAP, and other industrial platforms.
-   Identify operational trends, performance issues, and reliability improvement opportunities.
-   Support machinery performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance optimization initiatives.
-   Provide technical support, user training, and project documentation.
-   Work closely with different teams to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
-   Stay up to date with advancements in turbomachinery control, industrial automation, digitalization, and asset performance

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Energy Management, or a related engineering discipline.

-   Background in Control & Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.
-   Experience in turbomachinery control, digitalization, reliability, or asset management is preferred.
-   Hands-on experience with turbomachinery control systems is highly desirable.
-   Good understanding of rotating equipment operation, fault diagnosis, maintenance practices, and reliability principles.
-   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
-   Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
-   Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
-   Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
