## Description

**POSITION SUMMARY**

We are seeking a **Senior Art Director** with 10+ years of experience to collaborate on the visual direction and creative strategy for Procaps Labs’ marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring deep expertise in campaign concepting, omnichannel marketing, brand development, and the execution of high-quality creative across digital, print, and video platforms.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO ( ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)**

-   Lead and execute creative concepts for omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, packaging, events, and video).
-   Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
-   Conceptualize, design, and oversee marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
-   Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop visuals that engage audiences and support campaigns.
-   Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, support, and leadership for a growing in-house team.
-   Produce or supervise video content and multimedia assets as needed (video editing experience is a plus).
-   Stay current with industry trends, design technologies, and omnichannel marketing best practices.
-   Support the evolution of L&D strategies with contributions to planning, tool selection, and innovation.
-   Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in support of the company’s learning and development goals.

## Requirements

**WHAT YOU BRING (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)**

-   **10+ years of professional experience** in art direction, visual design, or creative leadership, ideally with both agency and in-house experience.
-   Proven experience in **omnichannel campaign concepting** and execution.
-   Strong background in **branding**, including creating, maintaining, and evolving brand guides.
-   Hands-on expertise in **digital and print design**; video editing skills are a plus.
-   Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere), Figma, or similar design and prototyping tools.
-   Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience mentoring designers.
-   Excellent visual storytelling skills and ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling designs.
