## Description

The FP&A Accountant will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. This position will involve collaborating with various departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models that drive strategic business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform monthly financial analysis, including variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
-   Assist in the annual budgeting process, including developing financial models and scenario analyses.
-   Prepare and present financial reports to management to support decision-making.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and forecasts.
-   Utilize financial software and tools to streamline reporting and analysis processes.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-   2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
-   Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (ERP, Power BI). 
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
-   Willing to work US hours
