Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire a **Jr. HSE Engineer** to join our HSE Department. The role is responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Environment, Health & Safety (HSE) Management System at the lead plant. The position is based in Xanthi, Greece.

**Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes:  
**

-   Support daily Health, Safety & Environment activities

-   Participate in workplace inspections

-   Support in conducting risk assessments

-   Assist in incident investigations

-   Support health and safety programs (PPE, hygiene, signage)

-   Maintain EHS records and develop reports

-   Participate in personnel training, drills and awareness activities
-   Monitor environmental parameters (emissions, waste management, storage of hazardous materials).

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Production Engineering and Management/ Energy Technology Engineering or related field
-   0-2 years of experience in EHS or industrial experience preferably in a similar role
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office
-   Fluency in English & Greek
-   Knowledge of basic HSE principles or/and environmental legislation
-   Knowledge of ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environment) standards is a plus
-   Strong safety and compliance mindset
-   High attention to detail and discipline
-   Proactive and willing to learn
