## Description

Romazzino a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda for the season 2027 is looking for a talented Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong passion for hospitality and a commitment to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.

Key Responsabilities:

·       Manage telephone reservations

·       Welcome customers upon arrival

·       Escort customers to their reserved tables

·       Attend to guests' needs (e.g., checkroom service, etc.)

·       Assist with information requests

## Requirements

·       At least 1 year of experience in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Strong teamwork skills

·       Determination to achieve goals

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Ability to adapt to various situations

·       Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations

·       Basic Computer-Literacy skills

·       Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
