### Key Responsibilities

- Review, assess, and action user-generated content, product listings, and customer interactions across French-language digital platforms associated with consumer electronics products, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines and safety policies.
- Investigate and resolve trust and safety incidents including fraudulent activity, counterfeit product listings, intellectual property violations, and policy abuse within the consumer electronics ecosystem.
- Analyse emerging threats, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, and harmful content patterns specific to French-speaking markets and consumer electronics communities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product safety, legal, and quality assurance departments to develop and refine content moderation policies tailored to the consumer electronics industry.
- Handle escalated cases with sensitivity and precision, ensuring French-speaking users receive timely, accurate, and professionally communicated resolutions.
- Monitor platform health metrics and contribute to regular reporting on trust and safety trends, highlighting risks and recommending proactive improvements relevant to consumer electronics retail and support environments.
- Participate in calibration sessions and quality reviews to maintain consistency, accuracy, and fairness in content decision-making across the French-language queue.
- Stay up to date with evolving digital regulations, consumer protection legislation, and platform trust policies affecting the consumer electronics sector in French-speaking regions.

## Requirements

- Native or fluent French language proficiency (spoken and written) is essential for this role — all French-language content review and communication will be conducted at a professional level.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in trust and safety, content moderation, digital risk, customer support, or a related online safety discipline is highly desirable, particularly within a consumer electronics or technology environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to apply policy frameworks consistently and make sound judgement calls on complex or sensitive cases.
- Excellent written communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to document decisions clearly and professionally.
- A genuine interest in consumer electronics, digital platforms, and online user safety, combined with the resilience and professionalism required to handle challenging content responsibly.
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, and thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment.
