## Description

This is a new role at the centre of how iPiD builds and runs its pipeline systems. Reporting into the marketing team, you'll own account targeting and outbound systems, working from ICP data to build and run outbound motions, keeping the pipeline visible and accurate end to end. You're often the first person a prospect interacts with at iPiD, so you're shaping brand experience as much as generating pipeline. Business development’s success is shared with marketing, and this role sits right at that intersection If you like building systems, working with data, and owning a number, this role is built for you

**What You’ll Own**

-   Outbound prospecting systems — building and running targeted outbound motions against ICP data, using oubtound tools and our growth stack
-   First-touch experience — triaging and qualifying inbound leads, with first touch engagement on prospect conversation; they’re the first person a client talks to at iPiDPipeline data & visibility — full ownership of deal logging, stage accuracy, and pipeline hygiene in Pipedrive
-   Field marketing — event logistics end to end, turning pre- and post-event and conference activity into pipeline follow-up

**What Success Looks Like**

-   Shared pipeline goals across marketing and sales
-   Consistent outbound activity volume against target accounts
-   Clean, accurate pipeline data, sourced and progressed through pipeline stages

## Requirements

-   Open to early-career candidates. Prior outbound/SDR/BDR experience (B2B SaaS or fintech) is a plus, not a requirement.
-   Comfortable working across a modern growth-tech stack: CRM (Pipedrive or similar), Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools, AI research and enrichment tools (eg ChatGPT/Claude), email sequencing and workflow automation (Zapier/Make), and scheduling toolsSelf-starter who moves fastand is comfortable with ambiguity
-   Hardworking, resourceful problem solver
-   Outgoing, sharp communicator. Comfortable being the first voice a prospect hears from iPiD
-   Picks up new tools fast: CRM (Pipedrive or similar), Apollo/Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing/automation tools, Calendly, Zapier/Make workflows
-   Entrepreneurial. Treats the prospecting like it's their own business.
-   Based anywhere in Europe to Dubai (CET to GST time zone), able to work closely with a team across time zones
-   Multi-lingual (4 languages, English mandatory)
