We are looking for an experienced **Semiconductor Engineering Professional** to contribute to the development and delivery of advanced semiconductor and chip-design solutions. The role is suited for an engineer with strong exposure to the semiconductor development lifecycle and the ability to work across complex engineering projects with high standards of quality, execution, and technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring strong semiconductor engineering fundamentals, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Contribute to semiconductor and **chip development projects** across relevant stages of the product lifecycle.
-   Analyse technical requirements and translate them into effective engineering solutions.
-   Participate in design, development, verification, validation, or implementation activities based on project requirements.
-   Develop high-quality technical deliverables while adhering to established engineering standards and methodologies.
-   Collaborate with architects, designers, verification engineers, validation teams, and other cross-functional engineering groups.
-   Analyse complex technical problems and identify effective solutions.
-   Debug design and implementation issues and support timely resolution of project challenges.
-   Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, peer reviews, and engineering evaluations.
-   Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, reports, and project deliverables.
-   Support integration and validation activities throughout the chip development lifecycle.
-   Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, methodologies, quality, and execution efficiency.
-   Work closely with project and technical leads to meet milestones, schedules, and quality objectives.
-   Apply semiconductor industry best practices to ensure robust and reliable engineering outcomes.
-   Stay current with evolving semiconductor technologies, design methodologies, EDA tools, and industry practices.
-   Contribute to knowledge sharing, technical mentoring, and continuous improvement within engineering teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **5+ years of professional experience** in semiconductor engineering, chip design, VLSI, or a related technical domain.
-   Strong understanding of the **semiconductor product development lifecycle**.
-   Relevant hands-on experience in one or more areas such as **RTL design, verification, physical design, analog/mixed-signal design, validation, or semiconductor engineering**.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
-   Experience working with semiconductor development methodologies and industry-standard **EDA tools**.
-   Ability to understand complex technical specifications and translate requirements into practical engineering solutions.
-   Strong understanding of engineering quality processes, design reviews, verification practices, and technical documentation.
-   Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
-   Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive technical tasks from requirements through completion.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven semiconductor environment.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to technical quality.
-   Passion for semiconductor technologies and continuous technical learning.
-   A Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline** is preferred.
