**German Digital Marketing Specialist Athens** — are you looking for a role with strong fixed earnings, a Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to work with international business advertisers?

Join a long-term digital advertising project for one of the world’s leading technology companies. This position is designed for candidates with at least one year of relevant hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, paid search or digital advertising.

### Location and schedule:

-   **Office-based work in Athens – Neos Kosmos**
-   **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 19:00 (40 hours/week, weekends off, no night shifts)
-   Fast and fully online recruitment process

### Project:

Join an international digital advertising project and manage a **portfolio of German-speaking business clients** using the advertising solutions of one of the world’s leading technology companies.

Act as a **trusted advisor**, understand your clients’ business goals and help them improve campaign performance. Through proactive account management, you will build long-term relationships and support customer satisfaction, retention and business growth.

### Responsibilities

-   **Manage a portfolio of German-speaking advertising clients**
-   Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for **optimisation and growth**
-   Recommend advertising solutions aligned with each client’s business goals
-   **Build long-term client relationships** through proactive account management and regular follow-ups
-   Help advertisers make effective use of the platform’s tools and solutions
-   Support **customer satisfaction, retention and business growth**

### Competitive salary and remuneration system:

-   **Base salary:** 1,400 gross/month x14 — including two additional salary payments worth 2,800 gross in total: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
-   **Fixed project bonus:** 400 gross/month
-   **Performance bonus:** 1,000 gross, paid quarterly and linked to performance
-   **Meal voucher:** 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month) via Up Hellas Mastercard
-   **9 additional country holiday days** on top of standard annual leave

**Average monthly gross package: approximately 2,033–2,367, including the two additional base-salary payments averaged over 12 months and the applicable quarterly performance bonus, + meal vouchers.**

### What we offer:

-   **Permanent full-time Greek employment contract**
-   **Office-based work in Athens – Neos Kosmos for the first 6 months**
-   After the first 6 months, a **3-day office / 2-day home hybrid model may become available**, depending on individual performance and project requirements
-   **Monday–Friday schedule**

### Requirements:

-   **German level C1–C2**, spoken and written
-   **English level B2 or higher** for training and internal communication
-   **At least one year of relevant hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, paid search or digital advertising**
-   Practical experience with paid advertising platforms, campaign optimization and performance metrics
-   **Confidence communicating with business clients and providing consultative recommendations**
-   Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
-   You live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate
-   **EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required**

### Relocation support:
