## Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is excited to offer a remote position for a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent supporting Booking.com. This opportunity allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while delivering exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the travel and accommodation sector.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist Dutch-speaking customers with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Provide accurate information on properties, pricing, and Booking.com policies to customers.
-   Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
-   Resolve inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
-   Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and bookings using Booking.com's reservation system.
-   Work collaboratively with the team to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets while working remotely.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is beneficial.
-   Previous experience in reservations or customer service, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
-   Comfortable using online booking platforms, CRM systems, and remote communication tools.
-   Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work efficiently as part of a remote team.
-   Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment in Greece.
