## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Management Accountant** for a UK-based business operating remotely with South African talent. You'll be responsible for producing accurate management accounts, supporting budgeting cycles, and providing financial insight to help leaders make informed decisions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
-   Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process
-   Analyse variances between actuals and budget with clear written commentary
-   Maintain and develop financial controls and reporting processes
-   Partner with department heads to support cost management and planning

### What You'll Need

-   CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (or studying towards)
-   4+ years of management accounting experience
-   Advanced Excel and experience with accounting systems such as Xero or Sage
-   Strong business partnering and communication skills
-   Reliable fibre internet and a professional home workspace

### What's on Offer

-   **Salary: R30,000 per month**
-   Full-time, permanent remote position
-   Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
