The Role

We're looking for a Construction Manager I to support coordination and execution of construction projects, working closely with Field Supervisors, crews, and Project Managers. This is the entry point into Construction Management — perfect for someone ready to develop project coordination, planning, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

\- Review assigned projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements

\- Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of field operations

\- Provide direction and support to Field Supervisors and crews

\- Monitor job site progress for alignment with project plans

\- Coordinate materials, equipment, and field resources

\- Maintain project tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting

\- Support submission of production reports, timecards, and field documentation

\- Communicate field updates, risks, and constraints to Project Managers

\- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirements

Working Conditions

Outdoor, physical role on active construction sites. Travel may be required (10–50%). Additional hours may be required based on project needs.

## Requirements

What We're Looking For

\- 3–5 years of telecom or construction experience

\- Prior experience in a field leadership role required

\- High School Diploma or GED required

\- Ability to read construction prints and use tools like Google Earth

\- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

\- Experience with Fieldwire or similar project management tools preferred

\- Understanding of UG and aerial equipment, tools, trucks, and drills

\- Valid driver's license required; OSHA certification preferred

\- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

\- $75,000–$85,000 per year
