Next Job Abroad is delighted to offer an exciting position for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative in the booming iGaming sector located in Malta. In this role, you will assist Norwegian-speaking players with their queries, ensuring they have a fantastic and seamless gaming experience. ### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.
-   Address inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and any technical difficulties.
-   Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
-   Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
-   Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the player experience.
-   Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Norwegian** and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming or online gaming sectors, is preferred.
-   Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
-   Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Familiarity with customer support tools and basic technical troubleshooting is beneficial.
-   Willingness to relocate to **Malta** and embrace a new lifestyle.
