**Your Role:**

-   Deliver customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
-   Familiarize yourself with internal systems to support customers efficiently.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless resolution of client concerns.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
-   Proactive and self-motivated.
-   No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.
