## Description

**Job Description:**

-   Design and develop the test automation framework, harnesses and code libraries to enable the team to both use and enhance them across successive projects
-   Provide consultation on complex testing strategies for the Project.
-   Take the lead on urgent issues and projects, ensuring statuses are properly communicated and appropriate staffing resources are assigned as required.
-   Provide technical know-how, documentation, and training to test and other business functions
-   Stay up to speed on process, practice, and technology developments to ensure they are brought in-house and enhance the solutions applied to the testing problems
-   Identify what tools and technologies can be implemented, aligning with that already used across the broader development function and in line with the skill-set of the team
-   Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices, and techniques in order to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology used by the team
-   Create and validate automated scripts that support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline
-   Lead in definition and implementation of direction on automation techniques and adherence to standards.
-   Apply Testing Lifecycle Management principles in the context of a project;
-   Mentor the entire quality assurance team.
-   Evaluate candidates for open positions

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   BS or MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar relevant field
-   Minimum 10 years of related experience in the professional industry.
-   Must have experience with Performance and usability testing
-   Must have experience with Selenium using JAVA, JMeter, Appium & Git.
-   Experience building and using testing frameworks for release engineering
-   Agile/Scrum experience is a must
-   Exceptionally clear communication with the engineering team.
-   Flexible attitude and versatile personality.
