## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Product Engineer** with strong techno-functional expertise in **Finacle Core Banking** to support enterprise Business Platforms & Payments initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in end-to-end Finacle implementations, combining strong functional banking knowledge with hands-on technical expertise in Finacle Scripting, Oracle PL/SQL, customization, integrations, and production support.

The role requires ownership of solution design, stakeholder engagement, technical implementation, system customization, and successful delivery of enterprise banking solutions within large-scale Core Banking environments.

## Requirements

### Required Technical Skills

-   10+ years of experience in Finacle Core Banking implementation and support.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **Finacle Scripting**.
-   Strong experience with **Oracle PL/SQL** development.
-   Expertise in Finacle Core Banking customization and configuration.
-   Hands-on experience in:

-   Finacle Menu Customization
-   API Integration
-   API Configuration
-   Batch Job Scheduling
-   Batch Job Monitoring
-   Production Support

-   Strong understanding of Finacle architecture and application configuration.
-   Experience integrating Finacle with third-party banking applications and enterprise systems.
-   Experience in troubleshooting Finacle production issues and performance optimization.

### Functional Banking Knowledge

Strong functional understanding of the following Core Banking modules:

-   CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
-   Term Deposits (TD)
-   Loans
-   Customer Information Management
-   Payments
-   Banking Operations

### Required Competencies

-   Enterprise Core Banking implementation projects.
-   Banking and Financial Services domain.
-   Payments and Business Platforms.
-   Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
-   Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices will be an added advantage.
-   Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives within banking.
