## Requirements

**The Role**

You will have full responsibility for the **performance of the Catering & Events business unit**, with a strong focus on **business development and revenue generation**.

Leveraging your established UAE network, you will identify and secure new opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality operations across all verticals.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Drive **business development and revenue growth** across all catering and events segments
-   Leverage existing **client network and industry relationships** to secure new business
-   Own and deliver against **revenue targets and pipeline conversion**
-   Oversee full **P&L performance**, including cost control and margin optimisation
-   Lead and manage performance across all business verticals:

-   Catering (gala dinners, corporate/DDR, premium and external catering, office catering, long-term contracts)
-   Events (festival bars, concessions, large-scale activations)
-   Small restaurant operations

-   Ensure high standards of **service delivery and operational execution**
-   Build and lead a **high-performing, commercially focused team**
-   Represent the business in the market, strengthening brand presence and partnerships

**Requirements**

-   Minimum **10 years’ experience in the UAE** catering/events market
-   Proven track record in **business development and revenue generation**
-   Strong **existing network (“black book”)** of corporate clients, event agencies, and key stakeholders
-   Experience managing **multi-vertical F&B or catering operations**
-   Strong commercial acumen with **P&L ownership experience**
-   Excellent client management, negotiation, and leadership skills
