**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced DevOps / SRE Engineer, Perps to own and operate the full cloud infrastructure for a high-availability Futures trading platform, including production, disaster recovery, observability, and security. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and ensure the platform meets the availability and reliability standards required for a 24/7 trading environment. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has operated trading-grade systems at scale and thrives in an environment where reliability, speed, and precision are essential.

As our DevOps / SRE Engineer, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: 

-   Design and operate a multi-region cloud production environment with hot/warm DR, sub-15-minute RTO, sub-1-minute RPO.
-   Provision and maintain Kubernetes, managed databases, in-memory caches, message brokers, and CDN, sized for the throughput and latency requirements of a live trading platform.
-   Build CI/CD pipelines for backend services, web frontend, and native mobile apps.
-   Stand up the observability stack covering metrics, logs, traces, and on-call paging, wired to the risk notification and alerting system.
-   Implement WAF, DDoS protection, and trading-platform-grade secrets management.
-   Co-own the on-call rotation; define severity criteria, runbooks, and blameless post-mortems.
-   Lead infosec and vendor due-diligence workflows including evidence collection for audits and regulator-facing artefacts.

**Job Requirements**

-   5+ years DevOps/SRE experience on a regulated trading platform; direct experience at a CEX or DEX strongly preferred.
-   Production-grade AWS at scale (multi-region, Kubernetes, IAM, VPC, KMS). Terraform mandatory.
-   Experience with high-availability databases, in-memory cache HA, and partitioned message brokers.
-   Experience maintaining reliability in large-scale distributed systems.
-   Strong incident response and production troubleshooting skills.
-   Committed to ongoing learning and development.

**Desirable:**

-   Experience operating self-hosted exchange or trading-platform stacks at production scale.
-   Hands-on use of agentic AI tooling (e.g., Claude) for runbook authoring, infra-as-code review, and incident triage.
-   Conversational English and Mandarin Chinese (verbal + written).
