**Offer Details**

-   **Salary:** $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
-   **Schedule:** 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
-   **Setting:** Orthopedic Outpatient Office
-   **Patient Volume:** 2 patients per hour
-   **Clinic:** PT-owned

**What the Work Involves**

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic concerns, including pain, injury recovery, post-surgical needs, sports-related issues, weakness, balance concerns, and mobility limitations.

**Responsibilities**

-   Complete evaluations and functional assessments
-   Create personalized treatment plans
-   Provide manual therapy, strengthening, stretching, mobility training, and functional rehab
-   Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention
-   Review progress and update care plans
-   Document visits, reassessments, and discharge summaries
-   Communicate with PTAs and other staff to support patient care
-   Maintain a professional treatment environment

## Requirements

-   Florida PT License required
-   DPT or MSPT Degree required
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
