## Description

**Caine & Weiner**'s business unit, **BARR Credit Services** is seeking a experienced Sales Training Manager to oversee the training and development of our Sales department. Identify knowledge gaps, create processes, interview and train all sales new hires. .

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

-   Recruits applicants for potential sales representatives by performing resume searches, attending job fairs, and reviewing website employment application submissions.
-   Executes first level interview over the phone, schedules in-office interviews with the Sales Manager, and manages applicant through the hire process.
-   Provides basic sales training in all aspects of the sales position.
-   Ensures representatives have leads that have potential to produce positive sales results at all times.
-   Coaches and evaluates producers within the sales training group by reviewing calls and completing period reviews.
-   Provides ongoing development and assistance to sales training employees.
-   Provides assistance and support as instructed by the sales manager.
-   Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Position Requirements:**

-   3 years of solid Sales experience
-   Minimum 1 year of Training experience
-   Management experience strongly preferred
-   Collections experience preferred
-   Strong computer and technology skills
-   Professional oral and written communication
