## Description

At Renmoney, we are building a leading microfinance bank in one of the most dynamic markets globally. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a **Chief of Staff to the CEO** - a high-impact, strategic operator who will work side-by-side with the CEO on the company’s most critical priorities.

### What you will do

-   Act as a **trusted partner to the CEO**, driving strategic priorities and ensuring effective execution across the business
-   Lead **high-impact, cross-functional projects** end-to-end — from problem structuring to implementation
-   Operate as an **internal engagement manager**, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives
-   Prepare and deliver **executive-level materials**, including board presentations, strategy papers, and decision memos
-   **Represent the CEO in internal and external forums** when needed, ensuring alignment and clear communication
-   Drive **follow-ups and accountability** across leadership to ensure decisions are translated into action
-   Identify and solve ambiguous problems across product, operations, and growth

## Requirements

### What we are looking for

-   5+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting or related firms (e.g. McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or equivalent)
-   Strong track record of leading workstreams or acting as an **Engagement Manager / Project Leader**
-   Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills
-   Ability to operate in **high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments**
-   Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
-   High level of ownership, discretion, and judgment
-   Genuine interest in fintech and emerging markets
