### **Ace Handyman Services is Hiring a Handyman / Craftsman!**

**Location:** Olathe, KS  
**Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Weekends Off)  
**Pay Rate:** $21 – $31 per hour (based on experience)  
**Employment Type:** W2

### **Overview**

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman / Craftsman to join our team in Olathe, KS. This role is ideal for professionals with experience across multiple trades who are looking for the stability of a W2 position while maintaining flexibility and independence in their day-to-day work.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Perform a wide range of residential repair and maintenance tasks
-   Complete work across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing/electrical
-   Assess job requirements and provide accurate estimates when needed
-   Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism on every job
-   Communicate effectively with customers and team members
-   Manage time and schedules efficiently to complete assigned tasks

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience as a Carpenter, Craftsman, or Handyman
-   Strong knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and electrical)
-   Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
-   Own a work vehicle (truck or van)
-   Own a standard set of tools
-   Strong work ethic with a professional appearance and demeanor
-   Estimation skills and home inspection experience are strongly preferred
