## Description

Help Ukrainian professionals rebuild their careers while developing your mentoring skills. 2-4 hours per month, fully remote and flexible.

We're looking for experienced Nordic professionals to mentor Ukrainians navigating career transitions. Share your expertise through our easy-to-use platform.

**What you'll do:**

-   Provide career guidance and job search strategies
-   Review CVs and conduct mock interviews
-   Share Nordic job market insights
-   Support career transition planning

**Two options:**

-   **On-demand:** Help on your own schedule
-   **Structured:** 6-month commitment with regular check-ins

## Requirements

-   Professional experience in Nordic countries
-   English B2
-   Professional expertise in any field
