**BCBA Clinical Manager (50% Remote)  -  Join the Behavioral Health Works Team!**

### What We’re About

We specialize in personalized **ABA therapy** for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child.

### Your Role

As a **BCBA Clinical Manager**, you’ll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You’ll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

### What You’ll Do

-   Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
-   Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
-   Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
-   Provide parent coaching and support
-   Maintain quality documentation and reports
-   Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
-   Stay current with research and share best practices with the team

### What You Bring

**Required:**

-   Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
-   BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
-   Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

**Preferred:**

-   2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
-   Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
-   Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
