### Treatment Coordinator

**$25–$35/hour + Bonus Opportunities | Monday–Friday | No Weekends**

Our brand-new state of the art dental practice is looking for a motivated Dental **Treatment Coordinator**.

We opened 6 months ago and are already so busy we need a second TC. This is a great opportunity to advance your career and make a good living while helping patients receive the best dental care!

### What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help ensure patients have a smooth and positive experience while supporting the growth of the practice. Responsibilities include:

-   Presenting treatment plans and guiding patients through recommended care
-   Coordinating patient consultations and scheduling treatment appointments
-   Supporting case acceptance through clear and compassionate communication
-   Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation
-   Working closely with the doctor and team to deliver an excellent patient experience

### What We’re Looking For

-   Experience in dental treatment coordination
-   Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-   Comfortable discussing treatment plans, financial options, and patient scheduling
-   Organized, adaptable, and motivated to help build and improve systems

### Schedule

-   **Monday – Friday:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-   **No weekends**

### Compensation & Benefits

-   **$25–$35 per hour**, based on experience

## Requirements

**Requirements**

\- 1-3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator

\- Strong sales skills/personality

\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
