## Description

We are hiring an execution-focused Operations & Systems Implementation Specialist with light build-strategy capability. This role bridges strategy and execution: interpreting scopes, identifying the right system structure, and then building it end-to-end across tools. The focus is on turning ideas into working systems.

Core Responsibilities

\- Interpret project scopes and determine the most practical system structure before building

\- Implement operational systems across project management, documentation, and automation tools

\- Design workflows, task hierarchies, templates, and SOPs that match real usage

\- Translate Looms, voice notes, chats, and meetings into structured systems and documentation

\- Break down projects into actionable tasks, timelines, and dependencies

\- Identify inefficiencies and simplify overbuilt or unclear systems

## Requirements

\- Proven experience implementing systems across tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Airtable, etc.)

\- Ability to think through build strategy before execution (structure, logic, tradeoffs)

\- Strong documentation and written English skills

\- High attention to detail with a practical, execution-first mindset

\- Ability to work independently from scopes with minimal hand-holding

\- Google, clickup, crms, n8n / zappier/ [make.com](http://make.com)

Preferred Skills

\- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, [Make.com](http://Make.com))

\- Familiarity with AI tools and structuring systems for AI usage

\- Experience supporting founders, agencies, or fast-moving teams

Role Type & Expectations
