### About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven **Technical Consultant** to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, implement, and manage advanced enterprise solutions for our clients. You will play a key role in driving IT automation and containerization projects, working closely with senior stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members.

### What You Will Do

**●Lead Implementation:** Architect, install, configure, and maintain enterprise automation platforms and write complex automation scripts to streamline client IT operations.

**●Container Management:** Deploy, configure, and manage production-grade container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift) from the ground up.

**●Client Consultation:** Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and leading client-facing technical meetings.

**●Open-Source Solutions:** Drive the integration and deployment of open-source solution implementation projects.

**●Project Leadership & Documentation:** Own technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and project delivery frameworks while ensuring high-quality standards.

**●Mentorship:** Guide and support junior consultants and trainees, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

**Essential Requirements:**

**●**Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

**●Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience** in IT consulting, DevOps, cloud computing, or enterprise infrastructure management.

**●**Hands-on experience with **Linux administration**, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), and CI/CD pipelines.

**●**Strong practical knowledge of **container technologies** (Docker, Kubernetes) and **automation tools** (Ansible, Terraform, or similar).

**●**Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in both **English and Chinese** (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).

**●**Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

**●**Relevant industry certifications are highly preferred (e.g., **Red Hat Certified Engineer/Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), AWS/Azure certifications**).

**●**Proven track record of managing end-to-end IT project lifecycles.

**●**Experience in application development or modern microservices architecture.
