## Description

Asia's leading robotics solutions provider, automating enterprise supply chains since 2017. Botsync is a Singapore-based robotics and automation company building autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and intelligent orchestration software that transform warehouse and factory operations across APAC. Founded in 2017, we design, manufacture, and deploy intelligent robots - including our MAG series - that handle material movement at scale, so humans can focus on higher-value work.

Alongside our hardware, we've built syncOS, the industry's first no-code, vendor-agnostic orchestration and fleet management platform that coordinates robots, industrial systems, and workflows across modern facilities - turning weeks-long deployments into hours, without halting production or calling in specialists.

Today we're still that young, passionate team - just with more like-minded people who've joined us along the way. We're all obsessed with one thing: making robotics and automation simpler, faster to adapt, and more reliable on real factory floors.

If you love robots, hate inefficiency, and want to build things that actually run in production - you'll fit right in.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Own SyncOS customer engagements end to end, from scope alignment and implementation planning through testing, acceptance, and production go-live.
- Align customers and internal teams on outcomes, scope, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, and timelines before execution begins.
- Lead customer communication on delivery progress, decisions, risks, dependencies, and changes.
- Translate each engagement into an execution plan covering SyncOS configuration, integrations, engineering work, testing, and deployment.
- Manage scope, milestones, engineering capacity, dependencies, and risks across multiple active engagements.
- Maintain credible delivery commitments, surface threats early, and drive recovery decisions when plans move off track.
- Develop practical knowledge of SyncOS architecture, workflows, integration points, and deployment constraints.
- Partner with Engineering and Solutions to challenge assumptions and distinguish configuration, integration, and product-development work.
- Assess the effort and timeline impact of new requirements before they enter execution, keeping customer and internal commitments aligned.
- Escalate trade-offs between customer needs, product capability, engineering capacity, and delivery commitments when required.
- Build consistent practices for planning, status reporting, risk management, implementation readiness, and handover.
- Capture recurring implementation friction and work with Product and Engineering to standardize, automate, or productize solutions.

## Requirements

**Essential:**

- 6-9 years of experience in technical delivery, implementation, solutions, technical program management, or a similar customer-facing role.

- Proven ownership of multiple enterprise software implementations from scope definition through production go-live.

- Experience delivering integration-heavy software involving multiple systems, dependencies, and customer-specific constraints.

- Ability to build enough technical depth to challenge estimates, identify dependencies, and contribute meaningfully to implementation discussions.

- Strong scope and change management without compromising customer relationships or delivery commitments.

- Confidence working directly with customers when projects are ambiguous, dependencies fail, or commitments are at risk.

- Experience coordinating engineering capacity across concurrent engagements and making explicit sequencing and prioritization trade-offs.

- Clear communication with technical teams and senior customer stakeholders, supported by delivery plans grounded in underlying work and dependencies.

**Highly desirable:**

- Exposure to industrial automation, robotics, warehouse automation, manufacturing software, workflow orchestration, integration, or low-code platforms.

- Experience integrating WMS, MES, ERP, PLCs, automation equipment, or customer APIs in live operational environments, with evidence of standardizing repeated delivery work.

## Benefits

- Competitive salary
- Comprehensive health benefits package
- Hustle of a young startup, always something to do and something to improve
- Opportunities for professional development and growth into management roles
- Collaborative and inclusive work environment
