## Description

Gypsy Collective is looking for a **Senior Email Marketing Specialist** to join our marketing team and take ownership of our email marketing strategy, infrastructure, and team performance. We are looking for a proactive and data-driven leader who can drive email channel growth, ensure excellent deliverability, build scalable processes, and lead a team of email marketing specialists toward achieving ambitious business goals.

  
📅 **Your daily adventures include:**

-   Owning and executing the email marketing and lifecycle communication strategy;
-   Leading and developing the Email Marketing team, while planning and distributing priorities across the function;
-   Managing audience segmentation, automation workflows, triggers, and A/B testing initiatives;
-   Owning email deliverability, sender reputation, domain management, and email infrastructure setup (domains, DNS, sending environments);
-   Working with HTML email templates and ensuring responsive email experiences;
-   Monitoring campaign performance and key KPIs, turning insights into actionable improvements;
-   Collaborating closely with CRM, Design, Content, Product, Analytics, and Technical teams to improve customer communication and business outcomes;
-   Exploring new tools, opportunities, and best practices to continuously improve email marketing performance.

## Requirements

**🧭 What makes you a great match:**

-   3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, including at least 1 year in a leadership or senior role;
-   Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, or similar);
-   Strong understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation management, and email infrastructure;
-   Experience managing domains, domain warming processes, DNS settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and email authentication protocols;
-   Experience setting up and maintaining email-sending infrastructure and monitoring its performance;
-   Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs and performance optimization techniques;
-   Experience with segmentation, automation, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey mapping;
-   Advanced knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making;
-   Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting;
-   Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
-   Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
