## Description

### About the Role

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to work on one of our strategic regional banking projects. You'll own end-to-end design for assigned modules, working closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to take requirements from discovery through to developer handoff. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident working across multiple jurisdictions and comfortable with the pace and constraints of enterprise banking.

## Requirements

### Requirements Gathering & Discovery

-   Work with Product Owners and business stakeholders to clarify product requirements and UX objectives.
-   Participate in discovery sessions and translate insights into actionable design directions.
-   Surface and resolve cross-border differences in regional business requirements across SG, MY, and HK.

Stakeholder Management & Requirements Gathering

-   Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define product requirements and UX objectives.
-   Lead or facilitate discovery sessions, translating insights into actionable design goals.
-   Proactively align cross-border design expectations with regional business requirements in SG, MY, and HK.  
    

### Solutioning & Design Execution

-   Translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
-   Use and contribute to the existing Design Language System (DLS) to keep UI consistent and scalable.
-   Run quality checks on your own UI work and ensure adherence to design acceptance criteria.
-   Balance user needs against technical feasibility and delivery timelines.  
    

### Collaboration & Communication

-   Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (devs, PMs, POs).
-   Prepare clear handoff of designs, documentation, and assets to developers.
-   Take part in planning, design critiques, reviews, and retrospectives.
-   Present and explain design decisions clearly to both designers and non-designers  
    

### Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit a strong portfolio showcasing:

-   End-to-end UX/UI case studies with clear articulation of your role and thinking.
-   Examples of work involving enterprise platforms or fintech solutions.  
    

### Qualifications

-   6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or mentorship role.
-   Strong experience in the financial services or banking domain.
-   Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Pen and Paper. 
-   Experienced in building and managing responsive Design Language Systems (DLS).
