## Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is actively seeking a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent to join their team supporting Booking.com’s operations in Greece. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work in the travel and hospitality sector while utilizing your Dutch language skills to assist customers with their accommodation needs.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist Dutch-speaking customers with accommodation booking inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
-   Provide detailed information about properties, rates, and Booking.com's booking policies.
-   Process reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately and efficiently.
-   Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions using Booking.com's reservation platform.
-   Collaborate closely with team members to meet service quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
-   Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
-   Familiarity with online booking systems and CRM software is a plus.
-   Ability to perform well under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
-   Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance may be available.
-   Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
