## Description

**Location:** \[Hybrid / Lansing, Michigan\]  
**Rate:** $45/hour (1099)  

### About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Project Manager to support and drive project execution across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who can manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger initiatives led by senior team members.

### Responsibilities

-   Support end to end project delivery from kickoff through completion
-   Manage timelines, task tracking, and coordination across teams
-   Lead smaller projects or workstreams with minimal oversight
-   Provide status updates, reporting, and communication to stakeholders
-   Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed
-   Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables stay on track
-   Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and drive follow ups

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   2 to 5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or similar role
-   Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-   Clear and professional communication skills
-   Ability to work independently and stay accountable to deadlines
-   Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or MS Project
-   Basic understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies

### Nice to Have

-   Experience in consulting, IT, or public sector environments
-   Exposure to enterprise or client facing projects
-   CAPM certification or working toward PMP
