## Description

**One Patient** One Nurse **Real Impact**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate **Registered Nurse (RN)** or **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to provide one on one care for a pediatric patient in the home setting.

This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, clinical consistency, and building strong relationships with families while delivering high quality care in the home.

Primary Clinical Focus

**Pediatric private duty nursing with an emphasis on G Tube feedings and ongoing medical monitoring.**

Key Responsibilities

-   One on one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
-   G Tube feedings, medication administration, and site care
-   Clinical assessment and monitoring for changes in condition
-   Medication administration and treatments
-   Accurate and timely documentation
-   Family education and caregiver support

Schedule :

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday afternoons: **4:00 PM – 8:00 PM**

**Approximately 16 hours per week**

## Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

-   Active, unrestricted Georgia RN or LPN license

Experience

-   **Experience with G Tube feedings is required**
-   Pediatric home health experience preferred
-   Cerebral Pasly, ADL Assistance, experience preferred

Compliance

-   Ability to pass criminal background check
-   Current negative TB test within 12 months
