### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Structural Site Engineer** to oversee and supervise structural construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will ensure that all structural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to achieve timely project delivery.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise and monitor all structural construction activities on-site.
-   Ensure structural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
-   Coordinate daily with contractors, consultants, and other project disciplines to resolve technical and construction issues.
-   Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
-   Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
-   Monitor construction progress and report on site activities, delays, and potential risks.
-   Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and contractors.
-   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements during construction.
-   Participate in testing, inspections, and project handover activities.
-   Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation as required.
-   Identify construction challenges and recommend practical engineering solutions to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
-   **Minimum 15 years of relevant experience** in structural engineering.
-   Proven experience in the design and supervision of large-scale construction projects.
-   Strong knowledge of international structural design codes and standards.
-   Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
-   Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-   Professional engineering registration or membership is preferred.
