Then this is for you!

We are looking for a Student Community Manager to further expand our talent communities within Software Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, and ERP. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our network of IT professionals. You will be in contact with freelancers, consultants, and experts within various technological domains and ensure that our database remains up-to-date. Thanks to your follow-up, our sales team knows which consultants are available, which new skills they have developed, and where commercial opportunities lie.

**Your responsibilities**

-   Maintain telephone contact with IT consultants and freelancers within our talent communities.
-   Build and maintain relationships with professionals within Software, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, and ERP.
-   Collect and update availability, technical skills, certifications, and project information in our CRM system.
-   Enrich profiles with relevant market information and career updates.
-   Identify potential opportunities and warm leads and pass them on to the sales team.
-   Ensure a high-quality and professional experience for everyone within our communities.

## Requirements

**Who are you?**

-   You are a bachelor's or master's student.
-   You are not afraid to pick up the phone and easily connect with new people.
-   You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
-   You work accurately and in a structured manner.
-   You are proactive and enjoy taking initiative.
-   Experience with CRM systems, sales, or recruitment is a plus, but not a requirement.
