## Description

**100% remote | Full-time | Eastern hours**

**The Role**

Partner with our Account Managers to run day-to-day delivery for a set of client accounts: keeping clients informed, recruiters on track, and data clean. Over time, you’ll grow into owning accounts and leading a team of your own.

### What You’ll Do

•          Serve as a day-to-day client contact and join or lead weekly check-ins.

•          Submit candidates, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback.

•           Quality-check recruiter submittals and track activity against billable hours.

•           Turn kickoff and intake calls into organized launches: job ad, interview template, and hiring plan.

•           Keep ATS records accurate in real time and complete weekly updates on deadline.

•           Spot risks and broken processes early and suggest a fix.

## Requirements

### What You Bring

•           2+ years of account management or client services experience in staffing, RPO, or a related industry.

•           Familiarity with an ATS and job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn.

•           Experience running multi-step projects with owners and deadlines.

•           Strong written and verbal communication.

•           Highly organized, comfortable in multiple systems at once, and proficient in Microsoft 365.

•           A reliable remote setup and availability during client business hours.

**Nice to have:** experience in RPO or agency recruiting, or exposure to the trades, home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), or manufacturing.
