Mercier Consultancy Group is currently seeking Italian-Speaking Financial Customer Agents to join our dynamic team in Greece. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients by addressing inquiries related to financial products and services through phone, email, and chat.
-   Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Work closely with internal teams to provide effective solutions and improve service quality.
-   Stay informed about financial industry trends, products, and compliance regulations to best support customers.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) and a good command of English.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
-   Professionalism in handling confidential customer information.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software applications.
-   Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a diverse cultural environment.
