**Location:** On Site – Columbia, South Carolina  
**Hourly Rate:** $30–$35/hour (based on experience)  
**Employment Type:** Full‑Time

### What You’ll Do:

-   Lead and coordinate on‑site work across various trades
-   Ensure projects are completed to high standards of quality and safety
-   Mentor and guide team members in craftsmanship and client service
-   Represent Ace Handyman Services with professionalism on every job site

## Requirements

### What You’ll Bring (Must‑Have):

-   **5+ years of multi‑trade experience** (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, painting)
-   **Own reliable vehicle (truck/van)** and **toolkit**
-   **Strong communication & customer service** skills — client, supplier, and team interactions
-   **Leadership ability** — overseeing projects, small‑crew management, diagnosing and directing field work
-   **Professional presentation** — clean-cut, organized tools, presentable vehicle
-   Ability to **pass a background check**

### Nice‑to‑Have:

-   Experience in **HVAC**
-   Prior **leadership or supervisory experience**
-   **Bilingual (English/Spanish)** ability
