## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a (remote) position in Greece for Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representatives with paid relocation to Greece. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals fluent in Dutch/Flemish who are seeking to advance their careers in a dynamic environment while enjoying the lifestyle and culture of Greece.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
-   Handle inquiries related to products and services with professionalism and accuracy.
-   Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
-   Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver excellent service.
-   Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken) is required.
-   No experience needed, but willingness to learn.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation expenses covered by the company.
-   Proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
