**Position Overview**

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a **Bilingual Licensed Psychologist (Bilingual Spanish)** to join a dynamic multi-specialty practice in the Bronx. This role offers a hybrid schedule with minimal on-site requirements, providing flexibility while serving a diverse patient population.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Use psychotherapy to improve the quality of life for individuals, groups, and families.
-   Test and assess patients for indications of mental health disorders.
-   Develop treatment plans and strategies to help patients.
-   Support patients who have experienced traumatic life events.
-   Provide ongoing care and evaluation to patients with long-term difficulties.
-   Refer patients to other specialists or doctors as needed.
-   Help patients set realistic goals and monitor their progress.
-   Keep up to date with, and potentially participate in, new research in psychology.

## Requirements

-   **Education:** Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program.
-   **Licensure:** Active New York State Psychologist license (**required**).
-   **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure.
-   **Language:** Must be fluent in Spanish.
-   **Work Schedule:** Full-time position (Required to be on-site 1-2 days/month)
