### Responsibilities

-   Engage with French-speaking customers through live chat, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
-   Address inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and gameplay issues effectively and efficiently.
-   Inform customers about new game releases, features, and ongoing promotions.
-   Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and record-keeping.
-   Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experiences and overall satisfaction.
-   Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
-   Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and company offerings to provide informed support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service or support roles within the gaming industry is a plus.
-   A strong enthusiasm for online gaming and familiarization with various gaming platforms.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
-   Proficiency in using live chat software and familiarity with CRM systems.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
