## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Compensation and Benefits Specialist** for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

-   Manage and coordinate annual salary review, benchmarking and bonus cycle processes
-   Administer employee benefits schemes including pensions, health insurance and wellbeing
-   Develop and maintain the total reward framework and compensation banding structure
-   Ensure full compliance with UK pay equity legislation and gender pay gap reporting
-   Provide specialist advice to HR business partners and managers on reward matters
-   Analyse compensation data and produce reports and recommendations for senior leadership

Requirements

-   4+ years of compensation and benefits or reward experience
-   Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel
-   Solid understanding of UK employment law as it relates to pay and benefits
-   Experience with salary survey providers such as Korn Ferry or Mercer
-   Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
