Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to partner with Supercell Games to offer a great opportunity for a Spanish-speaking Player Support Specialist to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Spanish-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Spanish-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. You will work within a collaborative and dynamic team focused on maximizing player satisfaction and engagement.

### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Respond to player queries in Spanish through various channels including chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues effectively and with empathy.
-   Gather player feedback and communicate insights to the relevant teams to improve game features and support services.
-   Keep accurate records of player interactions and support cases.
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and overall player experience.
-   Help create and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Excellent communication skills with a professional approach.
-   Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
